There’s something magical about florals that last forever. This spring, I had the pleasure of partnering with Sola Wood Flowers, a brand known for their handcrafted wood blooms that blend sustainability with stunning design.
As both a featured model and part of the creative team behind the visuals, I had the unique opportunity to not only bring their vision to life in front of the camera, but also help shape the storytelling behind the scenes.
About the Brand
Sola Wood Flowers creates customizable, eco-conscious floral arrangements made from sola wood. Sola wood is a renewable, lightweight material derived from tapioca root. Their collections are perfect for:
- Weddings and elopements
- Home and event décor
- Gifting, memorials, and keepsakes
Each bloom is hand-cut and dyeable, offering endless options for personalization without the short lifespan of traditional florals.
My Role: Model, Creative, and Storyteller
This wasn’t just a modeling gig, it was a collaborative visual project. I supported the brand in three key ways:
Influencer Partnership
I modeled some custom Sola arrangements, styled for a romantic, natural aesthetic that aligned with their brand voice. Think soft linen, sun-drenched windows, and soft tones to complement the florals’ neutral and pastel palette.
Photography Support
I contributed to image direction and photography, helping capture lifestyle shots that felt authentic, editorial, and emotionally resonant. This was ideal for both social media and long-form content like blog features or promotional look books.
Social Content Strategy
Working from a content marketing mindset, I helped shape short-form narratives for posts, including imagery that showcased texture, customization, and more while staying true to their visual identity and tone.
What Made This Collaboration Special
As a creative marketing professional, I love working with products that tell a story, and Sola Wood Flowers is all about meaningful, lasting beauty. These florals are tactile, emotionally rich, and incredibly versatile, making them ideal for:

Working on the Sola Collaboration also reminded me how powerful it is when a brand leans into visual storytelling and lets creators bring their full perspective to the table.
